It’s been another busy month for you and the IPT. In a recent press release, we announced the significant increase in qualification for the Tour Championship,

“Saginaw, TX. June 7, 2008. International Players Tour officials announced today that qualifying entries are up 32% and qualifiers are up 40% over prior year levels for their Net Division Tour Championship. As a result, the IPT is projecting close to a full field of 144 players for their season –ending event from November 17-23, 2008 at the Four Star Marriott Horseshoe Bay Resort in Texas. IPT Tour Championship participants will be chasing a First Place Winner’s share of $20,000 from a projected $100,000 total purse playing two of the toughest ranked Texas courses – Ram Rock & Apple Rock. IPT members qualify in district events around the country to compete for the largest known purse in the country available in Net (handicap) competition.”

We strongly believe that the 2008 Tour Championship will be a landmark event not only for IPT, but for Net Competition around the world. And we’re certainly glad you’re a part of it.

IPT Member Benefit: All IPT members, retro to 12/07 new/renewal, will receive a high quality Cool Dry fabric golf shirt from your District Director at an upcoming event. In addition, IPT members can purchase additional Basic Golf products at a 20% discount on the Basic Golf website using the promo code “ipt” at checkout. Feel free to share with friends and family.

IPT Member Benefit: Stulz recently introduced a Special Edition Driver to extend the value of their innovative TriEdge shaft. IPT members have unique access to the driver technology. IPT District Directors will soon have Stulz drivers on hand to demo at events.

Interested IPT players will then go to an IPT landing page on the Stulz web site. Following registration, they will be contacted by Stulz to custom fit the driver to their specs, take their order, and ship direct to the player. While most drivers are being sold in stores/clubfitters for $349 - $499, IPT members and friends will only pay $299 plus shipping.

IPT selects WorldVentures as Preferred Travel Provider for on-line access to business and leisure travel reservations

With continued focus on providing VALUE to its rapidly expanding membership, International Players Tour (IPT) announces today that members now have access to fast and convenient travel planning through WorldVentures (WV), a leading online provider of travel services. Through a unique IPT travel web site – www.ipttravel.net – IPT members and their families can book reservations for business and leisure travel, including significant values to vacation destinations throughout the world.

WorldVentures, recognized for internet technology which allows a user to search dozens of travel websites simultaneously, saving time and offering a broader price selection. WV has recently been in the news upon hiring new CEO Michael Conway, Co-Founder of America West Airlines.

Ron Beaman, Founder and President of IPT, summed up the announcement by saying, “One of the key considerations for our players to cross the country and play in our events is the cost of travel. We’re all well aware of gas prices, so anything we can do to offset the price of travel and increase the value to our members is a significant benefit. For a couple years, Ron Beaman has been researching possible travel partnerships that could add value to the IPT membership. Depending on your level of travel, we believe there is both an opportunity to save money on your normal business and golf travel, as well as take advantage of significant savings on high quality vacation destinations. You could think of World Ventures as a “Sam’s or Costco” of the travel business, providing its members with tremendous values in vacation travel. And if you are so inclined, through a referral marketing system at World Ventures, entrepreneurs can take advantage of an opportunity to earn additional income.
