MEMBER UPDATE

Greetings IPT Members,

Since the last Member Update, IPT has continued to make strides toward The Vision shared with attendees at the 2007 Tour Championship. We also want to commend each of you for the level of competitive play in 2008. With multiple events being decided in playoffs, and participation in major events at an all-time high, the intensity surrounding the 2008 Tour Championship Winner’s Share of $20,000 is extraordinary. As of August 5^th, 85 players have qualified for entry into the November event, with three months of qualifying remaining! As a result, we’re anticipating 110-120 players competing for largest prize in Net Competition in the U.S. Thanks for making it a great year for the IPT – and the best is yet to come!

During the last three months, we’ve continued to focus on relationships and sponsorships that bring added value to YOU - the IPT member - and the market exposure we can deliver for our sponsors. In addition, we have continued the planned expansion of the IPT through the opening of new Districts, thus providing opportunities for new player around the country to compete on the IPT.

5 - Significant Event Announcement

Charitable Organization: Ted Rhodes Foundation

Event: The Ted Rhodes Classic – Sept.6-7, 2008, West Chicago, IL.

Ted Rhodes was the pioneer for African American golfers, and paved the way for PGA Tour participation. His daughter, Peggy Rhodes-White (also a member of the African American Golf Hall of Fame) started the Ted Rhodes Foundation to support junior golf. Since 1994, pros and amateurs have come together to honor Ted Rhodes’ contributions to the game and support the Foundation. IPT is honored to be conducting this joint event @ St. Andrew’s Golf and Country Club in West Chicago, IL as the Ted Rhodes Classic. Watch for announcements on celebrity and corporate participation in this new traditional event.

6 - IPT District News

• South Florida – started schedule in July under the leadership of joint District Directors Brian Baughman and Glenn Ayala

• Virginia – Dave Gimpel announced as new Virginia State Director

• Georgia – Mark Williams, 17 year PGA Professional, assumed responsibilities as District Director for State of Georgia

• Arizona – local Phoenix business executive Cliff Porter starts Arizona District with first event planned for late September

7 - 2008 Member Recruiter of the Year

Award: $1000 Cash Bonus for leading points winner (see below)

Criteria: Effective May 6^th, 2008, in addition to the normal referral bonus plan, IPT will…

• Reward members with 50 points for each New 1^st time member they refer to the tour.

• Reward 10 additional points to referring member for each event in which the new member participates.

Member must secure a minimum of three memberships and each referred member must compete at least once to be eligible for points
